MASBO takes great pride in partnering with vendors that align with our members' needs; and believe strongly in ensuring that vendors, members, and the Association all benefit from these partnerships. As such, we provide various opportunities to engage with the membership in ways that best suit your company's vision and mission. Solution Provider memberships run July 1 through June 30. Thank you to our Solution Providers for providing input on our partner memberships and sponsorships. Narrative descriptions are below the chart.

In the interest of transparency, please know that partnership/sponsorship does not reflect support of a product or business. We value our partners to run high quality programs, but we do not endorse or vet businesses. In addition, the official MASBO logo is for the exclusive use of the Association and may only be used with the written permission of the Executive Director.

Affiliate Membership*: $450

Considered our traditional vendor membership, Solution Provider Affiliates attend our professional development programs at the member cost per person for up to two representatives. Logos appear in the welcome slide deck and names are announced from the podium. A great way to participate with members, you'll hear the day's presentations, join engagement learning exercises to experience their world, and enjoy some great conversations over lunch. Continue networking afterward by reaching out to attendees when provided their snail mail information. Additional benefits include:

  • Free registration for the Annual Institute. (Meals are charged separately. You'll be notified when discounted room reservations open, and they are booked and paid by you.)
  • Receive the MASBO Notebook, our periodic e-mail blast that incorporates member news, event reminders, and links to on-line articles and relevant documents that pertain to the business of schools and districts.
  • Listing in the Solution Marketplace - our web-based buyer’s guide - under the Resources tab. General members are encouraged to first search our Solution Marketplace when seeking specific products and services.
  • Access to on-demand learning (free and fee-based) through our Learning Management System.

Contributing Partner*: $2,000

Limited to only four (4) organizations, Contributing Partners rev up their year-long engagement with MASBO members by receiving the same benefits as Affiliate Members, plus:

  • Monthly Spotlight: company logo and link to company website on MASBO's homepage for one (1) month chosen by MASBO.
  • Scrolling company logo on MASBO homepage; see Enhanced Membership description on right.
  • Educational article with description pertaining to company's work linked within MASBO Notebook once per year.
  • Resource contribution co-developed with MASBO.
  • Premium signage throughout the Annual Institute conference.
  • Partner designatioon on conference sponsorship banner.
  • Two (2) meal tickets for all Annual Institute meals.
  • First opportunity to uplevel membership to Supporting Partner when a spot becomes available

Supporting Partner*: $4,500

Limited to only four (4) organizations, Supporting Partners share additional knowledge with MASBO members by receiving the same benefits as Contributing Partners, plus:

  • Implementation Clinic supporting members for one (1) hour per year.
  • One (1) promotional flyer (one 8.5"x 11" page, single- or double-sided) for Annual Institute attendees.
  • First opportunity to uplevel membership to Premium Partner when a spot becomes available

Premium Partner*: $8,000 - Fulfilled for FY26

Limited to only four (4) organizations, Premium Partners engage with MASBO members throughout the year by receiving the same benefits as Supporting Partners, plus these exclusive engagement opportunities:

  • Live webinar to teach membership about a concept or skill related to organization's expertise. MASBO records the webinar and posts it in MASBO's online learning platform for one calendar year.
  • One (1) concurrent Annual Institute session presentation.
  • One (1) swag gift for conference attendees.
  • One (1) seat on MASBO's Vendor Advisory Committee (VAC).

In principle and in practice, the Association values and seeks diverse and inclusive participation within the field of school business management. MASBO promotes involvement and access to leadership opportunities to all members regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, nationality, or disability.

Affiliate Membership A La Carte Add-ons:

Enhanced Membership: $300

Limited to 25 Affiliates minus the number of Partners, Solution Provider Affiliates, experience the added benefit of a scrolling logo at the bottom of the website's homepage. The logo contains a hyperlink to your company's website for easy access by viewers. Please send a 300 pixel wide by 250 pixel high image in .png or .jpg/.jpeg format to admin@masbo.org.

Member-Helping-Member Session: $500

Partner with an existing Massachusetts School Business Administrator customer/client for a one-hour session on how the school/district solved a problem using your product/service. MHM sessions are a teaching and learning opportunity, not an advertisement. Your recorded MHM session will be available free to MASBO members for one year in our online learning environment where they can earn continuing educational credits, as will the SBA that partners with you.

* If you are a retired school business official and currently work for a Solution Provider, please know that you must attend events as a representative of the Solution Provider and cannot be offered the complimentary registration rate or other benefits offered to general retired members.
