Dear Solution Providers,

Given Massachusetts Governor Baker's current closures and all the legitimate concerns about public gatherings, we are sad to share we'll be unable to hold a face-to-face Annual Institute in May. Instead, members will have a virtual conference that provides an opportunity to engage in more than double the content sessions than originally planned because they will watch live and recorded sessions through September.


We know many of you enjoy attending the Annual Institute as a way to bring your brand to the membership. Sponsors of content sessions will have a slide at the beginning of content sessions and during the breaks, when applicable. Sponsorship slides will include:

  • organization's logo
  • name and photo of representative
  • her/his contact information

The sponsorship options are: 

  • One 1-hour Session (no breaks): $250 member/$300 non-member
  • One 2-hour or 3-hour Session (multiple breaks): $500 member/$600 non-member
  • Three 1-hour Sessions (no breaks): $750 member/$800 non-member
    • March 2020 Solution Fair Exhibitors: $650 member/$700 non-member; use your PROMO CODE during checkout
  • Keynote Presentation (multiple breaks): $1500 member/$1800 non-member
  • All Sessions: $4950 (Diamond Sponsor)
