APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP in the MASSACHUSETTS ASSOCIATION OF SCHOOL BUSINESS OFFICIALS. Inc. I, the undersigned apply for Membership in the Massachusetts Association of School Business Officials, Inc. I understand that the $200.00 annual dues is for only (1) membership. Membership in MASBO entitles the member to bulletins, newsletters, and meeting privileges for a specific fiscal year.

STATEMENT OF ELIGIBILITY FOR MEMBERSHIP (for new members only) This is to certify that I, the undersigned: 1.) Am employed by, and on the permanent payroll of, a public, regional, private, or parochial school district, county, state or national office of education. 2.) Am performing school business service functions in an administrative or supervisory capacity at the school district level as a part of my regular duties and responsibilities; or am serving as a college or university faculty member of school business administration or educational administration. 3.) Membership dues may be paid by school districts, colleges, universities or other governmen- tal units, or by individuals. All MASBO memberships are for a fiscal year July I - June 30. Upon acceptance of this application the undersigned becomes a member of MASBO, and agree to pay annual dues as set by the MASBO bylaws.
