• FSC - International Food Safety Council. The International Food Safety Council is a coalition of restaurant and foodservice professionals who are certified in safe food handling and preparation. • International HACCP Alliance. The International HACCP Alliance was developed on March 25, 1994. It is housed within the Institute of Food Science and Engineering's (IFSE) Center for Food Safety.
